How to use the technology to it best? What does a modern communication strategy look like? And perhaps the most important question of all, how do you build and maintain the culture you want when you don’t all get together any more?

About the Programme

This course is designed for those with a minimum of 6-12 months management experience, including business owners, executives and managers who are actively involved in managing teams and functions remotely.

Creating a Hybrid Team Agreement 

Key themes include: 

  • What is a Hybrid Team Agreement 
  • What are the critical elements that need agreement across the team 
  • How to create & maintain an agreement that makes a difference 

Session 5

The Future of Hybrid Work 

Key themes include: 

  • A look at what the latest research is saying about flexible working  
  • The longer-term implications 
  • Designing a longer-term strategy for you & your team 

CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice 

Following completion of the Managing Hybrid Teams Course, learners can opt to continue their studies by completing a CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership PracticeThis qualification is designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. 

Learners are required to complete one 4,000-4,500 word written assignment.  Units to be completed include: 

  • 702: Leading and Developing People to Optimise Performance
