We were delighted to be shortlisted for Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2022 (Small) Award by the CMI and attend its prestigious ceremony at the National History Museum in London earlier this month (November) alongside market leaders.
Since we began trading in 2018, we have provided innovative courses and programmes to the development of leaders and managers across the country, including the facilitation of a range of CMI training solutions.
These have been delivered to major organisations in the private sector, including the English Football League and American Express, as well as the public sector, such as the NHS.

The CMI, which celebrated it’s 75th year, recognised In Professional Development has a provider producing exceptional positive impact on the learner experience, professional development, and personal performance as a result of its partnership with the Institute.
