Festivities Came Early as Staff Lead the Way on Christmas Jumper Day

Written by In Professional Development | 09 December 2022

Staff based at our Wigan headquarters dressed up in their best jumpers to help raise £320 for charity.

By donning their festive wear, colleagues raised the cash on Christmas Jumper Day (8th December) which will go Save The Children, joining workplaces, schools and families across the country in the annual fundraiser.

Dave Hall, CEO of In Professional Development said:

“‘Christmas Jumper Day is an event that is very important to In Professional Development."

“We take our corporate and social responsibilities very seriously and we always look to support amazing initiatives like this annual event."

“Our team always embrace opportunities to donate to a fantastic and very noble cause.”

Since launching a decade ago, Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day has raised over £30 million to help transform the lives of children around the world. Now, the campaign is set to reach twice as many children as before, thanks to the UK government’s Aid Match funding which will double every donation up to £2 million.

In Professional Development, who took on more office space at its Wigan base to accommodate its growing workforce, delivers an extensive portfolio of accredited leadership and management courses, including the Chartered Management Institute who recently recognised their work after being shortlisted for its Outstanding Training Provider of the Year (Small) Award.
