In Professional Development Shortlisted for CMI’s Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2022

A leadership and management training provider who has supported large, national organisations with their expertise has been shortlisted for Outstanding Training Provider of the Year as part of the 2022 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Awards.   

In Professional Development have been recognised as a non-HE provider producing exceptional positive impact on the learner experience, professional development, and personal performance as a result of its partnership with the CMI. 

At a time when businesses are reporting difficulties in maintaining services in light of staffing shortages and low workforce productivity, In Professional Development have proudly facilitated a range of CMI training solutions. These have been delivered to major organisations in the private sector, including the English Football League and American Express, as well as the public sector, such as the NHS.
