The Learning Experience
Lauren found the tutor on the course to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about different techniques that the delegates can use. Lauren found that learning about different methods such as the listening activity that was shared and ‘The Big 5’ to be very useful.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
Lauren really enjoyed learning about perceptions. She learnt that she needs to stop being overly smiley in certain situations in order to be taken more seriously in her role, and she found this to be really useful for her role.
