The Learning Objectives and Challenges
Chris Meadows attended our Coaching and Mentoring Programme – CMI Level 7 in order to learn vital skills to benefit him within his role. In particular Chris wanted to learn specific skills such as Motivation Mapping that will benefit him within his job as a Senior Learning Designer.
The Learning Experience
Chris found the course tutor to be highly engaging and very knowledgeable. The course tutor guided them through a lot of useful points of learning and information and the tutor also gave them a lot of time to practice.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
Learning about Motivation Mapping was particularly useful for Chris. It was a highly relevant lesson because this was something that he was teaching his students on his own course. Due to this, he found this to be very useful to his role.
