As a Head of GP Clinical Services at Sunderland GP Alliance, Emily Hadaway enrolled on In Professional Development’s CMI Level 7 – Senior General Practice Leadership Programme in order to learn essential skills and gain valuable knowledge that will benefit her within her GP Practice Management role.

Emily found the GP Management training course to be very engaging across the duration of the training course. She found the virtual format very engaging due to the skilful delivery of the training course by the course tutors. Emily found all the tutors to be very knowledgeable and engaging, and they were very keen to offer their own insights and opinions on certain situations, as well as offering more practical information when required.

The visual models used in the training course have helped to consolidate Emily’s knowledge and understanding, and the skills she has learned on the training course will benefit her in her role. Emily also found the opportunity to network and to engage with the other course delegates and to learn from their different backgrounds and individual experiences has been beneficial to her role.
