The Learning Objectives and Challenges

Prior to enrolling on In Professional Development’s training course, Mari-Louise Hemming’s team have been planning to take a deeper look at their departmental vision. Therefore one of her learning objectives was to learn more about this and to learn tips and strategies to help her address this objective.

The Learning Experience

Mari-Louise found the learning experience to be very engaging and welcoming. She found that rapport was built well between the delegates and the trainers, and that they used good real-life examples to bring models to life. She also found the trainers to be very knowledgeable.

How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?

Exercises such as the ‘Vision’ writing exercise and ‘the Golden Thread’ exercise were very beneficial to Mari-Louise’s role. Those exercises have benefitted her greatly and have proved to be invaluable when readdressing their departmental vision and embedding this within the team.
