Women in Leadership Programme – CMI Level 7

Having operated in both the public and private sector through an incredibly successful career, Suzanne has developed a unique skillset for being able to take an outside-in view of an organisation and the eco-system it operates within, to work with leaders to deliver key success.  

Suzanne brings a fresh lens and energy to discussions, exploring alternative strategies to identify pivots that make ‘good’ organisations ‘great’, and increase their success. With the key to success being a strong offering alongside the right people, processes, and technology in place – to maximise that landscape and stay ahead of the curve, she works with leadership teams to ensure these are delivered in a sustainable way through a blend of consultancy with challenge, mentoring, coaching and professional development. With a real passion for helping drive an organisation forward from within, bringing a newfound ‘spirit of adventure’ into the organisation, to ensure a winning and growth culture is fostered for all.  

Louisa started her career, spending 10 years working in the voluntary sector advocating for and supporting marginalised groups. This included designing and delivering training to professionals to challenge stereotypes and break down barriers for the groups she worked with. She set up a service to support women out of sex work which became nationally recognised as best practice approach. She ran a Woman for Peace programme across the north of England and set up and ran her own Social Enterprise to campaign for greater awareness of and support people affected by PTSD. 

In 2017 Louisa moved into the corporate sector, setting up Learning and Development departments for two different companies, driving cultural change, embedding Leadership, Learning and Development Strategy including Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging advances alongside Mental Health and Wellbeing strategies. She then went onto specialise in Leadership Development and Performance Coaching. She is a Mountain Leader which allows her to create Coaching, team building and leadership programmes outdoors. 

Louisa was a UK delegate for the UN Commission on the status of Women’s 67th and 68th session (March 2023 and 2024).  


Alison Roberts is a Senior Associate Principal Consultant at InPD, specialising in Executive and Leadership Development and Coaching, Human Skills Development, Operations, Strategy, Culture and Transformation, Talent, Organisational Development, Sales/Negotiation and Change.

Alison is an experienced Consultant, Coach and Facilitator, who travels extensively throughout Asia supporting Organisations as an Executive Coach, Business Mentor, Facilitator, Subject Matter Expert in Human Skills, Consultant, Entrepreneur and Senior Learning and Development professional.

With a multi-industry background and 40 years’ experience, she’s held senior roles at The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, where she led on discovery to roll out of large-scale leadership programmes at Ericsson Global, Network Rail, Alpine Racing and JCB. She helped develop and launch Graduate and Director Programmes whilst managing 30 Associates, the full non-technical portfolio and profit levels of 150 courses for Engineers.

As an L&D Consultant/Group Head at Legal and General, with a laser focus on people and change, she led in complex organisational problem solving, managed service and vendor account management whilst increasing training impact and surfacing savings of over £620K.

Alison was a key player and facilitator in project managing and delivering Leadership Training to PSI Clinical Trials, a 53-country multi-site operation. She is a 4 x Award-Winning professional who has helped launch DE&I, Mental Health, Change and internal Coaching and Mentoring initiatives – all subjects she is passionate about.

She continues to volunteer at Warwick University, supporting their Innovate UK/ICURe initiative for STEM post PhD students as a Mentor. She presented her first training to 10,000 delegates at Wembley Arena in the UK at age 24, the same year she started her first business, and has been delivering keynotes ever since.

Featured in the mainstream press and on UK and German National TV for her record-breaking results in Human Skills, Alison has over 18,600 coaching and facilitation hours, having trained over 17,000 clients, including Gartner, HCA Hospitals, and Google Campus, on how to better communicate and connect in leadership/self-leadership, difficult conversations, feedback, team effectiveness, negotiation, sales/business development, and stakeholder management.
Translating this into corporate L&D has meant that as a people-first facilitator, coach and consultant Alison keeps an eye on the data, metrics, and ROI. Her focus is on ensuring a tangible impact for your organisation and people by delivering meaningful interventions and learning that sticks.
