Day One: Current Personal Brand vs Perception 

Key themes include:

  • Clear assessment and understanding of your current situation: Personal Brand you bring vs Perception by Others
  • Clear understanding of your values and goals and how it relates to those at organisational level
  • Deep dive into networking, collaboration and influencing
  • Exploring having difficult conversations and transactional analysis.  

Session 2

Day Two: Your Future Brand

Key themes include:

  • Tools for increasing visibility in the organisation
  • Identify current gaps between your current Brand (or lack of) and your desired Future Brand
  • Concrete actions and future steps on how to Elevate and Promote one's Brand and Profile in the organisation.

Whilst this programme is not linked to a formal qualification, it will contribute to the delegate’s ongoing personal and professional development.
